Hello, I am Janine. I am a mum of three and an experienced antenatal and postnatal practitioner. Whether you need some additional support in pregnancy, more knowledge and better preparation for birth or reassurance and ideas for early parenting, I can help.
As expectant and new parents you might sometimes feel overwhelmed by the amount of information and advice offered to you. It is also easy to feel frustrated and lost with information that may be incorrect, inconsistent and just not right for you.
Through my sessions and on these pages you will find clear, practical, honest information. With a calm and knowledgeable approach, my aim is to provide the knowledge, support and reassurance you need to be an informed and confident parent.
My practice is here so you have a professional space to ask questions and to talk through your experiences, fears or concerns, as well as to develop realistic plans and strategies for you and your family.
After working with expectant and new parents since 2002, I now specialise in personal consultations, small groups and digital courses.
Here’s a quick guide so you can find the right options for you…
- 1:1 Consultations
These sessions are tailored to your pregnancy, your birth & baby preparation, you and your baby and for you as a parent.
- Postnatal Sessions
Online and face-to-face small groups for conversations and questions to gather reliable information, support and reassurance.
- Digital Birth & Baby Courses
Antenatal and postnatal courses to go through at your own pace.
- Mother Cuppa Online Community
A safe space for expectant and new parents for ongoing information reassurance, to have conversations, discussions and to ask questions.
Based in the North East, I regularly work with parents from Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead and across Tyneside.
With digital courses and online video sessions I work with parents everywhere.
You can access online sessions on your phone, tablet or computer and you can use the interactive resources in your own time to personalise the information for you.
