The Mother Cuppa community is for expectant and new parents to gather information, to have some conversation & discussion, to ask questions and for ongoing reassurance.

Who can join and where is the group?
This small community will focus on pregnancy, birth and the first year with your baby – so you can be part of the group at any point in your pregnancy and with your baby.
Initially, it will be a private Facebook group – simply for ease and familiarity – but my long term aim is to use a different membership platform.
How does it work?
- Set up a monthly payment – I will send you an email with all the details.
- You will be sent a link to the private Facebook group where you can interact, ask questions, join in with conversation, read posts & sign up for the antenatal & postnatal workshops.
- Your email address will be added to the group’s mailing list for regular newsletters and information about the online workshops and weekly chat groups.
To find out more please don’t hesitate to send a message.
