First Trimester: Move

I realise all this depends on how you are feeling and I am not suggesting anything strenuous but this is about focusing on you and what you need.


Always listen to your body and don’t keep going if it doesn’t feel right but a swim or a walk could be just what you need to boost your energy and help with nausea.


If you are fit and used to working out regularly, you might continue with your normal routine if that feels right for you or you might need to scale it back and work out what works for you.
