This Pain Management Workshop features as part of the free range of Labour & Birth Workshops available as part of Mother Cuppa Magazine. These workshops focus on providing you with a foundation of knowledge about labour, birth, what might help, what might not, your options, questions to ask and what you can do.

This is your epidural workshop to focus on essential information which could make a difference to you during labour and birth.

Some of these positions may be able to be adapted to you have can have movement and use positions on the bed. In some maternity units, it is possible to move around off the bed with an epidural so ideas for using different positions are useful.

An experienced specialist in pregnancy, birth & early parenting, I have worked with parents since 2002. I am based in the North East so I regularly work with parents from Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead and across North Tyneside. Face-to-face sessions will continue with North East parents but digital courses and online sessions means I can work with parents everywhere.
