Postnatal Words: isolated

This is a words that comes up in a lot of conversations with mums. Having a baby is such a personal and unique experience because no two babies or families are the same and, while, there are similarities, it is your experience.

It can be isolating if you are experiencing challenges with feeding, weight-gain, health, sleep and some days are just tough.

What helps? Good support, knowing you aren’t doing anything wrong, trying to look after yourself, talking through how you are feeling and working with me if you are experiencing some challenges or need to talk it all through.

Through this website and my social media accounts you can read practical articles and posts along with different experiences and comment about all things pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
