I have run baby massage sessions over Zoom twice a week since we went into lockdown.
The sessions have worked really well – providing mums with the chance to do something normal with their baby. With small groups, there has been conversation, a chance to ask questions and an opportunity to learn the baby massage techniques.
Until Covid calms down, I will continue to run my baby massage sessions over Zoom – this means there is less disruption if anyone needs to isolate or if anyone is concerned about the coughs and colds that are part of Autumn and Winter.
Online baby massage has been designed to be welcoming, supportive and friendly. I run small groups so there can be conversation with questions about all things baby and early parenting, along with baby massage.
Courses include baby massage oil, resources and videos to use at home.
As these are video sessions, I can work with parents from everywhere! And many parents choose to attend my courses again because it is a lovely session to have as part of your week.
If you are a group of 4 or 5 mums you can arrange your own course for a 10% discount per person.
“It’s been so good to do a class with my baby from the comfort of my house.”
“She loves the massage – I definitely want to do this course again!”
“It has been a great way to chat with other mums and so something lovely with my baby.”

With Janine Smith | A specialist in pregnancy, birth and early parenting
I have run baby massage courses for several years and I love them. It’s more than massage, it’s bringing mums together for conversation and friendship. The sessions offer support and reassurance and I love seeing the mums grow in confidence.
