Baby Massage

postnatal group

During this unique time, I am continuing to provide sessions over Zoom.
The sessions have been working really well – providing you with the chance to do something normal with your baby. With small groups, there has been conversation, a chance to ask questions and an opportunity to learn the baby massage techniques.

An informal baby massage course in a cosy setting, with sensory lights, conversation, tea, strong coffee and cake so you can sit back and relax. I run small groups and, as an experienced postnatal group practitioner, you can ask questions about all things baby and early parenting.

This course is limited to about 6 spaces and it has been carefully designed to be supportive, welcoming and friendly, so you can benefit from the baby massage as well as the chance to chat and relax.

Parents from across Tyneside attend my baby massage courses and lots book onto the course again.

As these are video sessions, I can work with parents from everywhere!

“When I first came to baby massage I was still nervous going out with my baby. I felt like I didn’t even know how to hold him but your reassurance gave me so much confidence. That days was a turning point for me.”

With Janine Smith | A specialist in pregnancy, birth and early parenting

I have run baby massage courses for several years and I love them. It’s more than massage, it’s bringing mums together for conversation and friendship. The sessions offer support and reassurance and I love seeing the mums grow in confidence.
