Mother Cuppa Bump & New Baby Group
An informal, professional and supportive group for parents at the end of pregnancy and with a new baby.
It’s about being able to ask questions, to gather reassurance and to have ongoing information and support.
I will share the details for these sessions when I have confirmed a venue.
With an experienced practitioner, we can talk about a range of issues…
your pregnancy & birth | recovery from birth | sleep & exhaustion | feeding | growth spurts | what’s normal & what to expect | being a mum | loss of identity | feeling isolated | relationship changes | low mood & anxiety | how tough it can be | how bloody brilliant it can be | how amazing you are!
“It’s an oasis of calm to chat, offload and get a bit of a boost.”
“This has been a godsend – it has made such a difference.”
You will benefit from:
*a calm, knowledgeable approach
*working with an experienced practitioner
*ongoing information, support and reassurance
A few words about me
Having worked with parents since 2002 and, as a practitioner with professional training and experience, I am trusted to provide a balance of reliable knowledge, non-judgemental support and much needed reassurance.
My approach is to listen, to provide an experienced perspective, an opportunity to ask questions and to help you find what works for you and for your family.
Based in North Shields, I regularly work with parents from Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead and across Tyneside.
I have run Mother Cuppa sessions for several years – they have always provided community and conversation as well as ongoing support and reassurance when it is needed.
