Mother Cuppa
Informal postnatal sessions with conversation, discussion, practical information and reassurance for mums with a baby

Mother Cuppa is all about a warm welcome, a cosy and safe space with conversation, tea, cake and fresh coffee. These sessions are supportive and friendly so you can sit back, relax and unwind.

These sessions currently run over Zoom: face-to-face sessions will resume for local mums when it is safe to do so.

It is a small, friendly group, run by an experienced practitioner who is a specialist in pregnancy, birth and early parenting.

During the sessions, we can talk about a range of issues…
recovery from birth | sleep & exhaustion | feeding | growth spurts | what’s normal & what to expect | being a mum | loss of identity |feeling isolated | relationship changes | low mood & anxiety | how tough it can be | how bloody brilliant it can be | how amazing you are!

“It’s an oasis of calm in the middle of the week, to chat, offload and get a bit of a boost.”

Mother Cuppa

1-2.30pm Wednesdays

I am now running a Mother Cuppa session on Wednesday evenings

This session is for mums with babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers or school-age children to chat, ask questions and gain reassurance. It is also about much needed confidence boosts.

As you are in the comfort of your own home, you can check on your children and you can even be in your pj’s.

8-9.30pm | £5 | Zoom
