Informal postnatal sessions with conversation, discussion, practical information and reassurance for mums with a baby
Mother Cuppa is all about a warm welcome and a safe space for conversation, questions and reassurance on all things baby.
With an experienced practitioner, we talk about a range of issues…
recovery from birth | sleep & exhaustion | feeding | growth spurts | what’s normal & what to expect | being a mum | loss of identity | feeling isolated | relationship changes | low mood & anxiety | how tough it can be | how bloody brilliant it can be | how amazing you are!

How does it work?
* You can book your place here and I will send you the Zoom link just before the session starts
*Or you can pay with online banking – just send me a quick message for the details
* Just before 1pm on Wednesday I will send you a Zoom link and you can use your phone or your phone/tablet, whichever is easiest for you. But have it propped up so you are hands-free.
*Make you and your baby as comfy as possible, ideally with a cuppa for you!
*During the session, you can meet the needs of your baby, you can chat and ask questions.
*The session will run between 1-2pm but it will run on past 2pm if the conversation is flowing.
*You can join after 1pm so please don’t feel like you have to miss out if you are running late.
