Birth Guides

Packed full of evidence and expertise, each birth guide will provide you with a foundation of robust knowledge, skills, strategies and ideas.

Each guide is clear and practical, based on good practice, experience and listening to parents. With resources to read and listen to at home, each one is interactive and can be personalised to you – you can also include a consultation with me to talk it through and ask any questions.

These guides enable you to focus on specific issues as part of your birth preparation and to use as a pocket guide for tips and reminders when you are in labour.

For comprehensive birth preparation, an antenatal course is a great option.

online birth workshops

As part of my work with expectant parents, I created a range of practical birth guides, I have now developed these as pocket guides for you to read in pregnancy and to use in labour. These resources are included as part of the antenatal course and they are now also available individually.

You can also arrange 1:1 sessions with me to talk through any questions and to feel better prepared for the birth of your baby.
