1:1 Sessions

During this unique time, I am continuing to provide 1:1 sessions for expectant & new parents with Zoom & phone calls.

I have reduced the cost of my sessions but please do get in touch if you would like to look at other options.

1:1 sessions for parents focus on a range of issues – pregnancy, birth preparation, baby preparation, thinking ahead for your recovery and different parenting and personal challenges when your baby is here.

I possess a combination of professional antenatal and postnatal training, working with parents for almost 20 years, so I am qualified to work with you during pregnancy, for birth and when your baby is here.

During Your Pregnancy

DAYTIME, EVENING & WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
These 1:1 sessions include session notes and they are for you to gather information, to develop plans & strategies, to offload, to talk through the challenges you are experiencing, and to gain support and reassurance with an experienced practitioner.

Appointments take place in my teaching space in North Shields or it may be possible to come to your home. I also provide phone and video sessions if you live further away
