This course is based on experience, research and proven practical skills to better prepare you for the reality of birth. With resources to use at home, this course is ideal if you are expecting your first baby or if you are in need of a refresher.
There are 8 Modules to access online with practical information, audio files and worksheets to download and use during pregnancy, labour and with your baby. It is self-paced so you can go through it in your own time.
