This is a private antenatal course with sessions to fit around your schedule. It provides professional, practical and personalised information to help you to be better prepared for birth and your new baby.
This course is based on experience, research and proven practical skills to better prepare you for the reality of birth. With resources to use at home, this course is ideal if you are expecting your first baby or if you are in need of a refresher.
There are 6 Modules with practical information, audio files and worksheets to download and use during pregnancy, labour and with your baby.

You will have access to the modules online – to read through at your own pace – and your three 1:1 sessions will focus on discussion and answering your questions.
This is not about labour & birth being easy, it is about putting yourself at the centre of your care. It is about managing the different challenges of labour & birth and knowing what you can do.
Only 27% of labours are without intervention, so it is important to know about induction, caesareans, assisted delivery and epidurals. This gives you knowledge about your options and how to stay calm if labour becomes more complicated.
