Hello I’m Janine, an antenatal & postnatal specialist and I write and talk about all things birth, babies and being a parent.
I have worked with parents for many years now,
I like the connection and it is truly my passion: not to be the expert telling anyone what to do, but to listen, to share relevant information and perspective and to encourage you to find what works for you.
My aim is to provide good information, support and reassurance for parents.
My philosophy is all about individual focus because, as a parent, the core of it all is you. You are the person who is pregnant, you are the person who births and it is you who parents. You make the decisions, you feel the emotions, you live with the decisions, you get through the days and you try to do the right thing. And this is why my practice is about you.

Birth & Postnatal Doula
I provide ongoing assistance and reassurance throughout labour and birth and when your baby is here. It’s a consistency that can help you to feel to be calm and supported.
