About me…

I’m Janine, an antenatal & postnatal specialist and I write and talk about all things birth, babies and being a parent.

Each week I work with parents who need information to know more, to understand and to plan; to talk things through to feel reassured and listened to; and to ask questions to personalise their preparation and support.

I have worked with parents for many years now, I like the connection and it is truly my passion – not to be the expert telling anyone what to do, but to listen, to share relevant information and perspective and to encourage you to find what works for you.

My approach is to listen, inform, support and reassure. I am honest, open and passionate about working with you as an individual so you can focus on what matters to you and your family.
