Not every baby likes their arms being massaged, they may have to be in the right mood because their arms are personal to them and they may not want to share them.
The hands can be lovely to massage, especially when you are trying to calm and settle your baby.
The key points with baby massage
*do it when your baby is in a happy and alert mood, rather than being hungry or too tired.
*use a light oil such as grapeseed oil, olive oil or coconut oil
*Your touch can be slightly firm, rather than light as it may be too tickly
*make sure your baby is warm and comfortable
*you can use sensory lights to calm and distract your baby
