The key points with baby massage
*do it when your baby is in a happy and alert mood, rather than being hungry or too tired.
*use a light oil such as grapeseed oil, olive oil or coconut oil
*Your touch can be slightly firm, rather than light as it may be too tickly
*make sure your baby is warm and comfortable
*you can use sensory lights to calm and distract your baby
