If you are only focusing on your baby’s legs and feet, you can keep your baby’s body dressed, unless he is warm and happy to be without his clothes.
You can use this massage throughout the day, if it helps to settle and soothe your baby.
The key points with baby massage
*do it when your baby is in a happy and alert mood, rather than being hungry or too tired.
*use a light oil such as grapeseed oil, olive oil or coconut oil
*Your touch can be slightly firm, rather than light as it may be too tickly
*make sure your baby is warm and comfortable
*you can use sensory lights to calm and distract your baby
