Relax and Breathe is all about simple and effective relaxation and breathing techniques for contractions, for anxiety, for stress and for general wellbeing. There isn’t anything complicated about using and developing your relax and breathe skills, it’s just about slowing your breathing down, letting it be your focus and letting go of any tension.
You can use this course to practise and develop your relaxation and breathing techniques, which means you can then use them throughout your pregnancy, for labour and birth and when your baby is here.
It is about having simple and effective skills to give you focus and calm, to deal with pain & discomfort, anxiety and stress or if you are feeling panicky and overwhelmed.
This guide includes slides to read through, information to download and audio notes to listen to in your own time.
