what can I do to start labour

Here’s what’s helpful to consider if you want to start labour…

● walking, using your birth ball, and being mindful of how you sit on the sofa can be helpful for the position of your baby

● resting and eating well

● relax and deal with any tension or worries

● be patient, there’s no rushing any of this

● look into your options around induction so you know more about it and whether you feel comfortable going beyond 41 weeks
