As parents we can give ourselves a hard time, never feeling like we are getting the balance right, perhaps feeling like we could be doing things differently or in a better way. Maybe some reflection and tweaks can make a difference but focusing on what you are doing well also matters.

You can use this toolkit to develop some simple strategies – that are realistic for you – to reflect, to think about any changes and what could be helpful for you and to focus on your skills, qualities, abilities and achievements.

It’s not about big changes, it’s about the little wins, the simple pleasures and positive moments.
