Would you like to help shape Newcastle University pregnancy research?
I work with a team of research midwives from Newcastle University and The Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust and we run discussion sessions with groups of new mums – with babies under one – to gather feedback and comments on a range of pregnancy/birth research projects.
The next session will run on Thursday, December 13th from 1-2.30pm in North Shields
For this session we are looking to talk to women who are aged 32 and over, who have had their first baby in the last few weeks/months.
The sessions are informal and friendly with tea, coffee and cake. The sessions will run in the East End Community Centre, George Street, North Shields NE30 1EL – you can bring along your babies and toddlers and there are baby change facilities, toys & activities as well as plenty of space for prams and car seats.
Your involvement in pregnancy research is invaluable – your feedback and comments make a huge difference to the researchers and the work they do.
If you would like to come along or you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to send me a message.
Thanks, Janine
