Keep it simple, don’t overthink it, just slow down your breathing and let yourself feel calm.

You can use your breathing to start and end every day, you can use it if you feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed, you can use it if you have discomfort or pain.

It just gives you chance to slow down and to be still.
