It's been a week of easing myself back into work, focusing on thinking, planning, developing ideas and admin rather than meetings and doing. A bit of quiet hibernation to hide from the weather and to get my head ready for full days and juggling projects. Knowledge, confidence and support for parents everywhere. At the beginning of 2025, I let go of what was no longer working and what I didn't have the energy for, to focus on using my experience, knowledge and skills in a different way.  A short reel test as I plan antenatal & postnatal content for 2026. There's nothing complicated about using your breathing for calm and focus. Birth plans have a bad reputation, with many women feeling like theirs set them up to fail.
