Headaches can be part of pregnancy for some women, as well as when baby is here. Tiredness and dehydration are often the cause so it can make a difference to drink plenty of water, eat well and often, rest and get some fresh air. Focusing on your breathing to ease any tension can also work well.
If you are concerned about your headaches, if your vision is affected or you don’t feel well it’s also important to get yourself checked out with your midwife, GP or you can contact your pregnancy assessment unit.
