This is a simple one but it’s really easy to forget to drink enough water!
If you are dehydrated you can feel tired, have a headache, become constipated, light headed and generally feeling a bit run down.
So it helps to have water with you so you can take regular sips as you need to especially during pregnancy, throughout labour and as a new mum.
